Service Description

6 week program to build speed and cardio to get ready for the upcoming season. 3 days per week for 6 weeks. 1 hour sessions. Beginning September 19th, every Monday Wednesday Friday until October 28. Instructed by Iron Chapel Coach Quinn Waters.
